meditation
Meditation is many things, but most importantly it is simply being present, in the here and now. We meditate to still the mind and open the heart. We do not need to seek freedom in some distant land, for it exists in our own bodies, hearts, minds and souls.
Meditation is a practice that not only brings about physical benefits but also psychological benefits. It improves general well being, decreases stress and enhances relaxation, improving mood, memory and mental clarity. Lou offer’s a practical, in-depth approach to meditation incorporating different techniques that take you beyond relaxation to a profound connection with your own higher Self.
bodywork
ZenThai Shiatsu is the fusion of ZenShiatsu, Traditional Thai massage whilst using Osteopathic techniques. The essence of ZenThai Shiatsu is to find freedom in our hearts, body and mind. It is an invitation to return to simplicity and come back to our hearts.
By using her hands as an extension of her heart, Lou treatments are mindful, therapuetic and a heart-felt style of bodywork through healing touch.
Her treatments are focused on restoring the body, mind and spirit to a harmonious, balanced and natural state, allowing the body to re-wire and heal itself.
